We adore and believe in Grand Rapids, so we are constantly learning, un-learning, and re-learning the important lessons we need in order to better see the needs of our community and our clients through the lens of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and we are committed to continuing our growth in these areas as an organization.
