Array of Engineers
We represented Array of Engineers in acquiring 45 Division Ave S, Grand Rapids: adaptive reuse of the former Rockwell Republic into a home for a community-focused aeronautic engineering firm.
Endcap
We helped secure a master lease at 359 Division Ave S, Grand Rapids, after more than seven years of vacancy. Endcap brings artists, makers, studios, and independent vendors together in a market and creative community in Heartside.
